So the other night I was watching this.
After I had finished, I went back and watched it again. and again. My heart was aching. What touched me so much about the video was Zack’s ability to articulately say everything that I feel in my heart. And judging by the huge response, it has struck a huge cord with a bunch of other people as well.
Particularly the part about arrogance. Our arrogance to think that we can have everything figured out by our age. [In my case, 26]. The arrogance to think that what has taken other famous photographers a lifetime to learn, we can learn in a few short years. The arrogance to think that we are somehow entitled to things.
Being patient. Don’t rush. We’re all on our way.
